IF - - well that depends on what the people do, it's a conditional statement. It depends on what their frame of mind is. How hard are they bent toward G-d. How spiritually fit they are. How much of His word is in them.

MY - - - well, that has to be the Almighty, not Buddha, but the King of Kings and L-rd Of ALL L-rds - - - G-D. There IS no other.

PEOPLE - - - (modified by the phrase which phollows) G-d's people. Those who through faith rely and call on my name. The Ecclesia (from which Ecclesiastes is derived), or called out ones. The ones, all of you, who are (and were) chosen by G-d before the creation of the world (freewill and predestination combined.)

WILL - - - let us look at this word. It has an "I" in it. What's that mean? Well, it depends on you and me and them and those, to make a concious CHOICE. It is an action word, which requires InIatIve on the part of the each of those aforementioned groups of people. Whose people? Why, His people. The called out ones. So, now, having established all that, what is the WILL that they must do?

Only 4 things:

• 1.HUMBLE themselves
• 2. PRAY
• 3. SEEK my (G-D'S) face
• 4. TURN from their wicked ways

These are the four conditions of the promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14 which must be met in their entirety. It is a covenant promise made by G-d, who will do His part if we do the above. What is His part. Do you know it, can you perform it?

Here's what He say's He'll do: THEN - - when we've done the above, all four and not the best 3 out of four. No almost. ALL. Remember, He's a jealous G-d. If you neglect one of the four, etc, you're (we're) holding out on Him just as the nations of Israel and Judah (more the former than the latter) held out on Him. They wanted their cake and wanted to eat it also. WILL I:

• 1. HEAR from heaven
• 2. FORGIVE their sin
• 3. HEAL their land

  As this is written, Amnerica is going to the polls to elect a new President, members of Congress, Governors, Legislators and a host of civic leaders throughout our nation. Their is one caveat that we must needs remember. Regardless of the outcome. We must remember what Yehsua told Pontius Pilate.

  Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above John 19:11 (KJV)

  You haven't a shred of authority over me except what has been given you from heaven.John 19:11 (MSG)

  All power emanates from G-d. ALL POWER. Because He is ALL POWER (OMNIPOTENT). Therefore, we are then constrained by the verses extrapolated previously (2 Chronicles 7:14). This is what we as Believers must and need do from this moment forward. If we want revival to shake the White House and every other color of house in this land and our world, we need to humble ourselves.

  We need to PRAY and PRAY, and PRAY (the bible says to "pray without ceasing" 1 Thessalonians 5:17

  Let me not gloss over that part of humbling ourselves. We're not terribly good at that. Matter of fact we, especially in America, from the pulpit to the pew suck at humility. Especially from the pulpit. The Church has followed corporate America in it's leadership and management styles, and have brought along the corporate attitude. That must now STOP.

  The scriptures teach us to outdo one another in LOVE. The essence of that LOVE is humility. Not thinking of ourselves as better than another. Frankly, the janitor is as important as any elder (if not more so).

  Now, you're down on your knees, but your face is facing HEAVEN as you SEEK His face. This is the same face that when Moses on Sinai saw G-d his face became white and glowed. We are looking to reflect that GLORY in our world today. We are looking for the outpouring of His LOVE and POWER in our world today. We are looking for His MERCY today. We are looking for His HEALING today. Which we will only get from looking at His face.

  If we, through prayer and humilty, seek His face and have an ongoing realtionship with Him, can we continue in our wickedness? Will we not want to see His POWER poured out on the world?

  The question is when will you start?

  Will we wait for the other fellow to start?

  Someone once suggested, that if we want revival to start that we go into our prayer closet. Draw a circle, get into the circle and pray for revival to hit in the middle of the circle.

  Please covenant, NOW, with G-d, to start praying for revival in the space which you are in now.
